Beyond keeping spaces looking their best, you'll help create an atmosphere where residents feel welcomed, valued, and right at home.What You'll DoKeep Prime Looking Its BestPerform routine housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.Maintain cleanliness throughout resident apartments, common areas, and shared spaces.Ensure assigned areas consistently meet Prime's standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation.Deliver Thoughtful HospitalityInteract with residents in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner.Respect residents' privacy, personal belongings, and individual preferences.Help create a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere through attention to the little details.Support the TeamMaintain and organize housekeeping supplies and equipment.Communicate maintenance concerns or supply needs to the appropriate team members.Collaborate with coworkers to ensure daily responsibilities are completed efficiently and consistently.What We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, organized spaces.Dependability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.Excellent time management and organizational skills.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Friendly, professional communication skills.A resident-first mindset and genuine appreciation for serving others.Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus!Why Prime?At Prime Independent Living, we know that exceptional experiences begin with exceptional people.
