Lab Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $29.62 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 06:00pm )

• Collect, prepare, log, and analyze routine and non-routine samples according to established procedures.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including XRD, TOC, PSA, wet chemistry methods, and flame photometry.
• Complete daily sample reports, maintain accurate records, and report analytical results to the Lab Supervisor.
• Communicate with technicians and team members to ensure proper sample continuity and workflow.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments and follow all required safety and PPE procedures.

Lab Technician Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.
• Laboratory experience preferred; proficiency with at least one major instrument such as XRD, TOC, or PSA is a plus.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be able to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, with schedule subject to change.
• Must be able to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs., climb stairs/ladders, work at heights, and perform physical duties as required.
