Yardi, a leading provider of property management software and real estate technology solutions, is seeking a Processing Clerk to join its growing Processing Team in New York. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a structured, fast-paced production environment where accuracy, organization, and efficiency are essential.
The ideal candidate will have experience in document processing, banking operations, mail handling, or similar distribution environments. This role involves managing large volumes of financial documents, processing checks and invoices, performing data entry tasks, and ensuring records are accurately maintained. Key Responsibilities:
• Process large volumes of financial documents within a production-focused environment.
• Sort, open, batch, and scan invoices received through USPS mail trays.
• Handle approximately 100 checks daily with a high degree of accuracy.
• Scan and distribute PDF documents and correspondence to clients.
• Perform data entry and document reviews to maintain accurate records.
• Ensure processing procedures are followed consistently and efficiently.
• Support daily workflow operations and maintain organized documentation.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous data entry experience required.
• Ability to achieve at least 10,000 keystrokes per hour.
• Ability to read and interpret procedural manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a structured production environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Financial document processing procedures.
• Data entry and record management.
• Document sorting, batching, and scanning processes.
• Helpful to have:
• Experience using PDF scanners.
• Familiarity with document imaging and scanning systems.
